WP2 State of the art in the use of AI for training – Mapping AI Practices & Risks, European regulations on the use of AI

The OB1, OB2, and OB4 of this work package were primarily carried out by ICN, which drafted the content and summarized the deliverables. However, the other partners all contributed to these tasks by:

  • establish the main matrix of practices and professions concerned by the use of Artificial Intelligence in training, in particular through collective reflection carried out in consultation with all partners
  • proofread and validate the content produced to ensure its quality and compliance, as part of the proposal for horizontal peer review of content between partners, as defined in the project submission.

The following report constitutes the deliverable for OB1, 2, and 4.

The primary goal of this task is to systematically identify all current and potential practices in which artificial intelligence (AI) contributes to the field of training. This is achieved through the construction of a dynamic table that cross-references professional roles and educational tasks, thereby offering a comprehensive and multimodal panorama of AI integration. The table not only highlights existing areas of AI use but also brings to light the blind spots—combinations where AI is underutilized or entirely absent. By surfacing these gaps, the matrix serves as a strategic tool to inspire innovation, foster inclusive practices, and guide future development of AI-supported education and training across various sectors.
